About QSPS

QS Professional Solutions Ltd was founded in 2011 and have been steadily growing over the last six years.

We have recently been providing services to local authorities assisting with the compilation of bills of quantities and front end surveying duties.

We also carry out commercial duties with a wide range of sub-contractors and ensure they are aware of their contractual obligations, payment terms and application for payment requirements. We also assist with the compilation and submission of valuations, variations, estimating and day to day business tasks.

Our aim is to provide personal, professional, accurate commercial services to all of our clients so that they have certainty in the information we provide and they can ultimately deliver their end objectives on time, to budget.

Our ethos is that all clients be treated with respect and that we work in partnership with them to build strong, honest, symbiotic relationships. While we do undertake one off contracts, our business is founded primarily on ongoing relationships with repeat business that sees us undertake duties for our clients month after month.
